Jolly complies
with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, as set forth by the U.S. Department of
Commerce. Jolly has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S.
DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the
EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF
Principles, the Principles shall govern. To learn more about the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Program, and to view our certification,

Jolly is committed to resolving complaints about our collection or use of your personal information in compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF in a timely manner. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, Jolly commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If you are unsatisfied with Jolly's compliance, under certain conditions, you have the right to invoke binding arbitration as set forth in Annex I of DPF Principles.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has jurisdiction over Jolly's compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S DPF.
2. What personally identifiable information or third party personally identifiable information is collected from you through the
web site
While visiting the Site, for certain activities, such as purchasing products, Jolly may ask you to provide
certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online registration form. You may be asked to provide personal
information, such as your first and last name, mailing address, email address, company name, telephone number, and other personal
information. When ordering products or services on the Site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. Depending upon the
activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as optional. If you do not provide the
mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.

Jolly will not collect or use face data, including but not limited to face mesh data and modeling data. While our software may capture photographs, such as visitor photos, these images are not used for face data collection or modeling purposes. The photographs are solely used for identification and security purposes within the scope of our visitor management system.
Jolly may collect information about the use of the Site, such as the types of services used and how many users we receive daily. This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually.
