Anti-Spam Policy

This policy is applicable to all Lobbytrack Services that may be used for transmitting emails (“Services”).

You agree to this Jolly Technologies Inc. Anti-Spam Policy as a precondition to use of Services. Services may be used only for sending email or messages to persons from whom you have an express permission to send email or messages on the subject of such email or message, such as permission-based email marketing. If it is discovered that you are using Services to send unsolicited emails or messages, we reserve the right to terminate your account.

Your use of Services signifies your unconditional acceptance of this Anti-Spam Policy.
