Once you click on "configure email", you will see a pop-up window that lets you customise the "sender's name", "reply to email address", "email subject" and the "email body".
-
While editing the email body, we can add the meeting fields like meeting date and time, location, etc. You can also add visitor and host fields like name, email address, organization, phone number, etc. When you add these elements in your email, it will add a token in the email content. These tokens will pull in the details directly from the meting record to ensure that you don't have to change the details like the recipient's name and meeting date and time every time the notification goes out. These tokens are used to automatically control the details within the email.
-
You can click anywhere within the email body to add custom text as well.
-
You can enable SMS notifications that the host can receive on their phones when a visitor signs in.
-
You can also enable push notifications for the hosts and security personnel. The push notification for the hosts is sent through the "employee app" and the push notifications for the security personnel is sent on the "guard app".
